Moses James Christian Funeral service for Moses James Christian was held Wednesday afternoon, Mar. 19 at 3 o'clock in the chapel room of the Chenowith Mortuary with Rev. C. A. Lowe officiating. Interment was made in the Elmwood Cemetery. Mr. Christian died at his home, 524 Fifth Street, on Mar. 17, 1930. He was born May 1, 1849 in Alleghany County, Virginia. He was married to Katheryn E. Day Mar. 30, 1873, who preceded him in death, passing away April 7, 1895. Mr. Christian moved to this country twenty-one years ago from Sumner County, Kansas. He was a member of the Christian Church of this city. He leaves five children to mourn his loss. They are Floretta B. Smith of Davis, Oklahoma, Della P. Whitehead of Enid, Jesse L. Christian of Supply, William L. Christian of Toledo, Ohio, and Thomas E. Christian of Wilburton. He is also survived by one brother, William Christian of this city. N2
