    Minnie R. Schaarschmidt, age 87, of Lockhart died Thursday, March 8, 2001.
    She was born in Dime Box, Texas on March 22, 1913, the daughter of Walter and Rose Iccman Buehring.
    She married Adolph Schaarschmidt in 1946 in Lockhart and he preceded her in death in 1989.
    She is also survived by one brother Ewald A. Buehring of Tyler, and numerous other relatives.
    Funeral services was held on Monday, March 12, 2001, at McCurdy Funeral Home and burial followed at the Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale with Rev. Jason Jones officiating."
