    Miss Mildred Walling, 20, daughter of Mrs. Alberta Walling of West Lafayette, a former Muncie resident, died in a Fort Wayne hospital Wednesday evening following three days' illness of pneumonia.

    Surviving are the mother, Mrs. Alberta Walling; one sister, Mrs. Virginia Hollett of Bloomington; the grandmother, Mrs. Fannie G. Boonstra of West Lafayette. Her father, Clifford I. Walling, was a member of a pioneer Muncie family. He died October 6, 1938.

    The funeral will be conducted at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Meeks Mortuary with the Rev. Lewis W. Gishler in charge. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. The body is at the mortuary.
