Acquisition of Land from Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants:

• O-315: Michael Wilhite of Culpepper County, assignee of Isaac Smith, 265 acres on Stanton River in said County. Surv. by Richard Young 14 Apr. 1763 and forfeited by Advertisement issued from Office and recorded in Book N. Deed allowed to Wilhite. On Double top Mountain, adj. Zacharias Lewis. 24 Sept. 1770. [Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants, 1742-1775, Vol. 2, Gertrude E. Gray, pg. 206].
