MICHAEL HENRY KLOTZ

Well known Bakers Summit citizen, died at his home there Saturday eveni ng at 5.30 o'clock, death being attributed to a complication of ailment s. He was a son of John H and Henrietta (Dively) Klotz and was born at Ki ng on Aug. *, 1879. He was united in marriage with Blanche Black on Apr il 26, 1900. She survives, with these children: Mrs. Roy Barnes, Mrs. J oe Manion, Chalmer Klotz and Mrs. Harold Keagy, all of Clover, Mrs. Raymo nd Mock of East Sharpsburg, Mrs. Wm Dick, arthur Klotz and Wilber Klotz, a ll of Roaring Spring, Mrs. John Myers of Ebensburg, Mrs. James W Cla ar of Everett and Charles Klotz, at home; one step-son, Elvin W Clayco mb of New Enterprise; his step-mother, Mrs. Minnie Klotz of Wells Tanner y; a great-aunt, Mrs. Hettie Hengst of Roaring Spring and thirty-one grand children and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are these brothers a nd sisters: David Klotz of Altoona, John E Klotz of New Paris, Jacob C Klo tz of Dearborn MI., Mrs. Mertie Bessman of NY City, Gertie Klotz of Holli daysburg and Mrs. Guy Mock of Bakers Summit. Mr. Klotz was a member of t he Barley Lutheran church and had been employed by J.L Hartman & CO for tw enty-eight years. Friends will be received at the home.

KLOTZ - Funeral services for Michael Henry Klotz, of Bakers Summit, wi ll be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home. Interment in t he Barley Lutheran cemetery. Friends will be received at the home.
