13 Nov 1797: Dated East Sudbury, "Micajah Read a Minor above the age of Fourteen years & son of Jacob Read late of Sudbury Dece'd" made choice of William Rice as guardian.
14 Nov 1797: Bond of William Rice as guardian.
21 Jan 1803: Receipt of "Micajah Reed of Framingham in the County of Middlesex Clothier" to William Rice for share of "Estate of my Grandfather Jacob Reed late of said Sudbury". Also receipt for share of "Estate of my Father Jacob Reed Jun'r late of said Sudbury".
23 Sep 1806: Receipt of "Micajah Reed of Hubbardston in the County of Worcester Clothier, by virtue of the within Power, given me by my sister Charlotte Reed of Union in the county of Lincoln" for share of "estate of her Grand Father Jacob Reed late of said Sudbury Gentlemen", and also for share of "her Fathers estate". Attached power of attorney where Charlotte appoints Micajah attorney dated 21 Aug 1806.
