link 11 Dec 1863; Mary [Mead] Gibbs, widow of Elijah Gibbs [sister-in-law of Miandual Gibbs] deeds to Miandual [Gibbs] Bullard: "Know all Men by these Presents That I Mary Gibbs of Providence in the State of Rhode Island, widow, In Consideration of One Dollar paid by Mianduel Bullard of Framingham in the County of Middlesex and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the receipt is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant remise, release + forever quitclaim, unto the said Miandual Bullard and her heirs + assigns forever, a certain lot of land situated in that part of said Framingham called Saxonville bounded and described as follows: to wit: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of the premises on the county road leading from Saxonville to Boston: thence running westerly along land of Abner Stone formerly seven and a half rods to an angle thence southerly along land from said Stone five rods eleven a half links to a corner of land now or formerly of James Kyle… To Have and To Hold the above released premises with all privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging, to the said Miandual Bullard…”

link 11 Dec 1863; Mary E [Gibbs] Combs & Georgiana [Gibbs] Bowker, [nieces of Miandual Gibbs] deeds to Miandual [Gibbs] Bullard; “Know all Men by these Presents That We Mary E Coombs of Providence in the State of Rhode Island and Georgianna Bowker of Waltham in the County of Middlesex and the state of Massachusetts, conveying in our own rights, & we Hollis M Coombs of said Providence and John H Bowker Jr of said Waltham, respectfully the husbands of said Mary E. Coombs and Georgianna Bowker joining herein for the purpose of releasing all our interest or possibility thereof in the granted premises, In Consideration of Nine Hundred Dollar paid by Mianduel Bullard of Framingham in the Middlesex County, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant remise, release + forever quitclaim, unto the said Miandual Bullard and her heirs and assigns forever, the following described lot of land situated in that part of said Framingham called Saxonville bounded as follows: to wit: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of the premises at the county road leading from Saxonville Post Office to Boston: thence running westerly along land of Abner Stone…Being the premises described in a deed from Abner Stone to Elijah Gibbs dated Mary 20th, 1844…”

link 11 Dec 1863; Frederick Mason Stone guardian on behalf of minor Elijah Gibbs Jr [Miandual Gibb's nephew] deeds to Miandual [Gibbs] Bullard; “Know all Men by these Presents That Whereas Frederick M Stone of Waltham in the County of Middlesex and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, guardian of Elijah Gibbs recently of said Waltham and now of Providence Rhode Island minor child of Elijah Gibbs late of Watertown in said Middlesex by an order of the court Probate held in Groton within and for the County of Middlesex on the twenty second day of September in the year one Thousand eight hundred and sixty three was licensed and empowered to sell and pass deeds to convey certain real estate of the said minor: and whereas I the said guardian, having given public notice of the intended sale, by causing notifications thereof to be published once a week for three successive weeks, prior to the time of sale, in the newspaper call the Waltham Sentinel printed at Waltham and have first taken the oath and given the bond, by law in such cases required, did on the twenty fourth day of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty three…sell by public auction the interest of said minor in the real estate hereinafter described to Mianduel Bullard of Framingham in said Middlesex for the sum of three Hundred dollars #/100, to me paid by the said Mianduel Bullard the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged…” [The same piece of land is described as in the two deed above]

link 11 Dec 1863 Miandual [Gibbs] Bullard deeds to George E Bullard [son of Miandual (Gibbs) Bullard; “Know all Men by these Presents That I Mianduel Bullard of Framingham in the County of Middlesex and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, widow, In Consideration of Fifteen Hundred dollars paid by George E Bullard of Waltham in said County the receipt of whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here by give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said George E Bullard his heirs and assigns the following described track of land situated in said Framingham, in the Village of Saxonville bounded as follows: to wit: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of the premises at the county road leading from Saxonville to Boston: thence running westerly along land formerly of Abner Stone…Being the same premises described in a deed from Abner Stone to Elijah Gibbs dated Mary 20th, 1844…” [Note on 916:469 George E Bullard applies for a Mortgage for said land]
