Our Ice family clan is from the old farmhouse on Refugee Rd off of Brice Road. Brice used to be a small village there at the old general store and school by the railroad tracks. The house is still standing, but not by much. The new owners must've had a time with it. The outhouses were still there last time I was by. Uncle Joe Roberts was the first to have it, then gave it to great-granddad KC (Kromer Columbus) Ice for taking care of him. KC's son, McGarvey got it next with all the kids and us cousins. The phone bill still came in his name, a hundred years later.
