Matthew3 Marvin's Probate

The probate record for this Matthew Marvin is covered extensively at pages 316-18 of Descendants of Reinold and Matthew Marvin]. The case could be made that the 7 October 1691 date was not the date of death of Matthew, but rather the second birthday of his only child, daughter Mary Marvin. Absent additional evidence, we will accept the conclusions of George Franklin Marvin and William T. R. Marvin as, apparently, did Donald Lines Jacobus.
