Married Frances Maria Ostrander sometime priorto the birth of their first child, Marilla Cathryn, 4 June 1889. 4 kidsall told 1889-1895. Moved family from Rockwood to Redickville about1909/10. Visited relatives in Winnipeg and Alberta summer 1912,apparently contractor building houses Toronto 1913 to death Feb 1915, widow living 221 Western Ave, Toronto.
