Mrs. Ella Isgitt

Mrs. Ella Isgitt, 88, of Many, died in Heritage Manor Nursing Home on Sunday, Aug. 10, at 9:50 p.m., following an extended illness.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lola Skinner of Florien; three sisters, Viola Owens of Many, Jane Self of Opelousas, and Belle Frantom of Shreveport; 8 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church on Tuesday, Aug. 12, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Virgil Taylor, and the Rev. Johnny Rhodes officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
