HI cousins I am a decedent of James Maxwell 1780-1866 and Mary Witten 1780-1873 dau of Sarah ?? & Jeremiah Witten s/o Thomas Witten---s/o Thomas Witten and Ann Cecil & Elizabeth Cecil--d/o John Cecil and Elizabeth Sollers 1693-1773 I am just starting this branch, the pro that searched the Maxwell's many years ago, stated the Wittens and Cecils, of Rev Stock and 1st settlers of Tazewell Co., VA They were Calvert Stock and came over with Lord Baltimore. & they intermarried for a century or more. Any info is appreciated. Thanks
