I believe she is Mary Artemesia Utterback, daughter of George S. Utterback and Mary Jane Turley. She married William Kling/Klark Blount (1852-1878) in 1877 and had daughters Marinda and Mattie; secondly married James Morrison Cox ( -1888) in 1887; thirdly married her first husband's widowed brother-in-law Walker Calendar Shankland (1858-1893) in 1890 and had son Morris; and finally married widower John H. Withroe about 1903.
