After an extensive search, Mary's surname remains unknown, since it was Edward Jr who m Mary Lewis, the appropriate-aged Mary Lewis m a Stockton, and each of the two Mary Lee's either died young or m Thomas Lord.
Two other researchers (without proof) give Mary's maiden surname as either POST or LAY.
