Lived with her son Martin in their home on Main St. in Colfax, Illinois, from 1882 to 1912.
Those attending the funeral were Ross, of Milwaukee, Martin, of Colfax, Mrs. J.P. Wagner (daughter), J. Wagner, Mrs. Christ Schmillen (daughter) of Chicago, Christ. Schmillen, and Mr and Mrs Harvey Sampson also of Chicago. Mrs Sampson is granddaughter of Mrs. Meister. Funeral held Monday, October 1912 at the Catholic Church in Chatsworth.
The Meister Family had formerly lived in Colfax.
According to 1910 census she had 10 children, 4 of whom were living in 1910.
