'By 1625, Capt. William Tucker, age 36, commanded one muster, which included his wife May (Thompson/Tomson) Tucker, age 26, who arrived in 1623 in the George, and their daughter Elizabeth, born in Virginia in 1624. Mary's brothers [George, Paul, and William Tomson] arrived with her on the George.'
The footnote identifies Mary's mother as Elizabeth Harsnett, and her father as probably Ralph Thomson of "Walton", Hertfordshire, England (as in most sources). She is identified as such in the Thomson pedigree, Visitation of London. Some have suggested she was Elizabeth's daughter by Elizabeth's first husband, Henry Charlton.
