Mary Alice, wife of Aaron Lauchnor, of near Lehigh Furnace, died suddenly of apoplexy on Sunday evening at 12 o'clock. She suffered only ten minutes. She was aged 51 years, 9 months and 27 days. She is survived by her husband and the following children: Mrs. Edwin Werley, Jordan; Harvey A., Lehigh Furnace; Gertie, Slatington; Algier C., Saegersville R. F. D. No. 1; Beulah L. and Lillie F., both at home; also by her aged mother, Mrs. Benjamin Schleicher, of Germansville; and one sister, Mrs. William Leiby, Jordan Valley. Funeral on Saturday morning at 9.30 o'clock. Services at Heidelberg Church, at which Rev. J. H. Longacre will officiate.
