2 Aug 1928 - Mrs. Mary A. Myers Claimed By Death - Harmony Woman Dies at Charlotte Sanatorium - Funeral Thursday at Holly Springs Church. Mrs. Mary Ann Myers of Harmony, 63 years old, died at an early hour Wednesday morning (August 1, 1928) at the Charlotte Sanatorium, where she had been under treatment. The remains were brought to Mrs. Myers' home at Harmony today, and funeral and interment was Thursday morning at 10:30 o'clock at Holly Springs Church. The service was conducted by Rev. J. W. Rash of Statesville. Surviving Mrs. Myers are three sons: Mr. Greene Myers, Harmony; Mr. Joe Myers, Statesville, NC; and Mr. Lonnie Myers, Winston-Salem; and five daughters, Mrs. Isom Campbell, of Jennings; Mrs. W. G. Hayes, Mrs. A. R. Goodin (Azor R Goodin), Mrs. R. P. Spann and Miss Jewell Myers, all of Harmony. One brother, Mr. J. W. Roberts of Wakefield, Ohio, also survives.
