At the time of Billś marriage to Mary Shoop, Mary had four children,Jacob "Albert" Shoop, Anna V Shoop, Charles William Shoop and SarahKatherine "Sallie" Shoop.

Albert and Anna are referenced a "Court of Equity" notice from theHagerstown Herald & Torch Light (4/7/1880 edition).

Jacob "Albert" Shoop (b c 1857): In 1880, he was living in Chewsville,MD with his grandmother "Annie" Myers & 2 of his aunts - Ann R Myers &Sarah A Myers.

Anna V Shoop (b c Nov 1859)

Note: I have no exact dates of death for Jacob or Anna. But in the1910 census, Mary indicates that she has had "7 children, 7 living". Soif this is correct, their deaths would have been after 1910.

Charles Shoop: (b 19 Apr 1861 in MD; d 8 Jun 1951 in Santa Clara Co.,CA): At the time Charleś sister Sallieś death in 1944, Charles wasliving in Santa Clara Co., CA. (Note: A reference to his mothers "maiden name" (Myers) is shown in theCalifornia Death Index.)

Sarah Katherine "Sallie" Shoop: (Oct 1862 - 21 Mar 1944): In 1870,Sarah (Sallie) was living with her mother Mary, who was working as ahousekeeper in Funkstown, MD. (Mary had not yet married Bill Shuff).In about the early 1880ś, Sallie married Charles C "Lower Charlie"Cline. From 1884 to 1909 they had at least 12 children. Charlie diedin 1932, and later, in 1944, Sallie died of a heart attack inMiddlepoint (near Wolfsville, MD).
