Obituary from The Kingston Freeman, April 23, 1931

Leibhardt, April 23--The funeral of Mrs. Mary Quick, who died on Sunday, April 12, after a few days illness of pneumonia, was held at the parlors of H. B. Humiston, Kerhonkson, Wednesday afternoon, April 15, at 2 o'clock. Mrs. Quick was a life-long resident of this place and was 68 years of age. She was a member of the Leibhardt M. E. Church. She is survived by her husband, Uriah Quick; three daughters, Mrs. Otis Roote of Walden, N.Y., Mrs. George Dumond of Wappinger Falls, and Mrs. Floyd Depew of New Paltz; two sons, Myron Quick of Detroit, Mich; and Stewart Quick of Walden; and five grandchildren. The Rev. J. J. Lyons conducted the funeral service. The bearers were Norman Quick, Herman Quick, Leslie Quick and Vernon Barnhardt of this place. Interment in Pine Bush Cemetery.
