In June of 1899, Mary Shanahan, age 25, Eileen Shanahan, age 2, and Josephine Clifford, age 5, left New York aboard the Majestic, and landed at Queenstown on 29 June 1899. Class: BT26; Piece: 149; Item: 104]. They returned on the Majestic, arriving in New York on 21 September 1899, bringing with them Eugene McEnery, age 55, from Newcastle west, Johanna Collins, age 30, Katie Shanahan, age 20, Mamie Clifford, age 9. They were going to join Eugene’s daughter, Mrs. Shanahan, living at 564 1st Street, Hoboken, NJ. In 1925, she was living in East Elmhurst, Queens, New York, with her daughter and son-in-law.
