Mary E. Woy, 84, Somerset, died April 16, 1981, in SomersetCommunity Hospital. Born Aug. 21, 1896, in Somerset Township, shewas a daughter of the late Daniel C. and Charlotta (Kraft) Marten.She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob F.She is survived by these children: Daniel, and Arthur, both ofSomerset; and Catherine DeVore, Rockwood RD 1; two step - children,Herbert Woy, Ruffsdale; and Dorothy Miller, Somerset; 10grandchildren, six great - grandchildren; two brothers and twosisters: Mrs. Katie Weaver, Berlin; Mrs. Edith Weaver, Somerset;Melvin Marten, Somerset RD 5; and Walter, Listie.She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset.Friends were received in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home whereservices were conducted with the Rev. H. James Meyers officiating. Interment, Husband Cemetery.
