    Edith Martin Weaver, 85, died March 23, 1988, at Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate. Born Dec. 26, 1902, in Stonycreek Township, daughter of the late Daniel C. and Charlotte (Kraft) Martin. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert B., who died April 23, 1975; three sisters and two brothers. Survived by these children: Lewis,Somerset RD 1; Ernest, Plantation, Fla.; Mildred Christner of Pittsburgh; Esther Bailey, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; Nancy Gorman,Somerset; Vernon, Duncansville; and Sheldon, Indiana; two brothers:Melvin Martin, Somerset RD 5; and Walter Martin, Shanksville; 14grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. Member of Christ Casebeer Evangelical Lutheran Church and Ladies Volunteer Bible Class. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home in charge.WEAVERFuneral service for Edith M. Weaver will be conducted Saturday at1:30 p.m. in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, with Pastor GeorgeWalton officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Friends will be received 6-9 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to noonSaturday at the funeral home.
