Mary was the daughter of George Washington (1786 - 1878) and Rachel Wright Knedler.
Mary Knedler married Archibald Dick on 24 March 1836. They were the parents of Joseph, Isaac, Jacob, Rachel Eleanor, Lewis Smith, George Wesley, John Harvey, Archibald Jr., Granville Moody, and Robert Dick.
Both Archibald and Mary are buried on Old Family Farm [according to family history] St. Catherine, Linn co., Missouri
