MARY ANN KILLINGSWORTH was born on December 7, 1837 in McMinn County, Tennessee.

Mary moved with her family to Greene County, Missouri about 1838.
Mary was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Dade County, Missouri. She later became a member of the Harmony Baptist Church, Barton County, Missouri. She served as messenger for the church to the Barton County Baptist Association in 1889 and 1894.
