MARY ANN KILLINGSWORTH was born on December 7, 1837 in McMinn County, Tennessee.

Mary could read and write.

Mary moved with her family to Greene County, Missouri about 1838.

Mary was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Dade County, Missouri. She later became a member of the Harmony Baptist Church, Barton County, Missouri. She served as messenger for the church to the Barton County Baptist Association in 1889 and 1894.

The 1860 census shows Mary Ann living with her family in Marion Township, Dade County, Missouri.
