TOWNSLEY
Mrs. Mary Ann Jones Townsley, 75, Paintertown, Irwin RD 2, died in Jeannette District Memorial Hospital Sunday afternoon. The daughter of the late Robert and Ella Loughner Jones was born in Paintertown, October 26, 1891. Her husband, John William Townsley, preceded her in death, January 12, 1964. She was a member of Paintertown Lutheran Church, Paintertown Civic Association, Ladies Auxiliary of Paintertown Volunteer Fire Department, Ladies Auxiliary FOE, Irwin, Pythian Sisters of Irwin. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Alberta Doughty, Mrs. Norma Lann, both of Paintertown; Mrs. Fay Lorenz, Jeannette RD 1; Mrs. Dorrine Parker, Jeannette; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Brentzel, Paintertown. Friends will be received at Vincent V. Rodgers Funeral Home, 805 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin, 2-5, 7-9 after 7 this evening. Services will be held in the funeral chapel Wednesday afternoon at 1 with her pastor, Rev. Edward Hendrickson, officiating. Interment will follow in Irwin Union Cemetery.
