Mary E. Dugan
Services for Mary E. Dugan, 86, of Placerville,who died Saturday at a local hospital, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Memory Chapel. Father Anthony Gurnell of St. Patrick's Catholic Church will officiate. Interment will be at Westwood Hills Memorial Park.
A native of Blandville, Kentucky, she lived in El dorado County for 27 years. She was a florist for 40 years and owned Broadway Flowers in Placerville for 10 years.
She is survived by her granddaughters, ... and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Park 'Pat' Dugan in 1988 and her daughter Joan C. Garrett in 1990.
