I, Mary Homman of Kosciusko County, and State of Indiana being of sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this any last Will and testament revoking all former Wills by me made. First, my estate both real and personal is hereby changed with payment of all expenses convicted with any funeral and all just and legal claims that may be due or owing to any one including a reasonable compensation to my daughters, Louisa Comstock for my maintenance and care for one during the last years of my life of which any executor shall be the judge as to the amount. Second, of my household effects I give to my daughter Louisa Comstock the bureau left me by my daughter Lovina and to my son in law, J.W. Comstock I give the large and easy rocking chair left by the same daughter both of which are now in their possession and the residue of such effects shall be distributed equally among my three daughters Mary Milice, Elizabeth Milice and Louisa Comstock by my executor without appraisement. Third, I direct that the farm, being the North part of the south east quarter of section Eighteen (18) Township thirty two (32) North of Range six (6) east containing some ninety six (96) acres more or less which includes the original portion set off to me on partition of the estate of my husband George Homman and that part partition and set off to my daughter Lovina Homman and by her conveyed to me. The same shall be managed rented or leased by my executor for at least one year and as much long as may be necessary until the same can be disposed of for the sum of at sale as may be agreed upon by the heirs to my estate and until such sale shall be made the rents and profits of said farm after the payment of taxes and making and keeping up the necessary repairs and improvements are deducted the residence shall be equally divided between any three daughters Mary A. Milice, Elizabeth Milice and Louisa Comstock by my executor. Fourth, from the proceeds of the sale of said farm, I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary A. Milice the sum of Five hundred dollars of living in case of her death prior to matters consummated as herein set forth the bequeast to her made shall be distributed and be paid for he benefit of my Grand children as follows. One half to the children of William and Elizabeth Milice , namely Mettie, Alta & Willie and one half to the children of J.W. and Louisa Comstock namely, Wilbur, Zella & Earl each to share alike. Fifth, from the proceeds of the sale of said farm, I direct that any executor shall cause to be erected a suitable family monument on the family lot in Oakwood Cemetery such as my surviving children may agree upon. Sixth, I give and bequeath to the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the City of Warsaw the sum of Twenty five dollars for the benefit of the church building. Seventh, the residue of my estate I give and bequeath in equal proportion to Elizabeth Milice and Louisa Comstock my two daughters and in case of death their children shall be entitled to the bequest made to the mother as any grandchildren to be divided equally between them. Eighth, and lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my son in law J.W. Comstock to be the executor of this my last Will and testament.
