Hall .. before marriage she was possessed of slaves .. given her by her mother, Martha Hampton, dec'd by deed before Martha married Richard Hampton, dec'd. .. in trust to R.L. Hall for his sister .. Signed: Compton Williamson. Witnesses: Jas. Scott Jr., Wm. Ransdell, Sam'l Lingan.
