    In the name of god amen I Elisha Hall of Fairfax County being sick and weak of
    body but in perfect and sound memory do ordain and appoint this to be my last
    will and Testament in manner and form following I give my soul to god who gave
    it and trusting in the merits of my blessed saviour Jesus Christ to recieve
    mercy. I leave my body to be buried at the discresion of my Executor
    heareafter named which is my will.
    Item. I give to my loving wife Martha Hall my Negro Man Daner and my negro
    woman Patt and my Negro man Harkley and my negro woman Lydia to her and her
    heirs forever.
    Item. I give and (?begue) to my son Richard Hall one negro man named Charles
    and one negro boy named James.
    Item. I give and beqe to my daughter Mary Hall one negro garll named Dydoe.
    Item. I give to my son Thomas Hall a negro boy named Peter and one named Jack
    both to him and his heirs forever.
    Item. I give and beq to my son Elisha Hall one negro grall named (?Tuckey).
    Item. I give and beq to my Loving wife one negro man named Dick to her and
    her heirs forever.
    Item. I give the third part of all the rest of my estate to my loving wife and
    the other twoparts of my moveable estate to be equally divided between my four
    children Rich Mary Thomas and Elisha and to my daughter Mary I give ten pounds
    cash out of my estate.
    Item. I desire my just debts to be all paid out of my estate before any
    devision is made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
