I devise unto Mrs Carloine Anderson , Mrs Lizzie Jones and my nephew John T. The residue of the land, on the south side of the turnpike is to be sold by my executors and the proceeds applied, under the direction of Hamilton Wade to the repair of my dwelling house and such of the out houses as may need repairs. I desire that Miss Juliet and Miss Mary Morrison shall be permitted, if they desire it to remain on the farm as heretofore and they shall be entitled to a comfortable support during their lifetime out of the proceeds off the farm.
