She was listed as female, white, widowed, husband was Jake Lewis, 59 years old, a housekeeper, last worked 2 weeks ago, born in Leesville, Vernon Parish, Lousiana. Her father was Tom Crawford born in Mississippi and her mother was Ellen Mooney with birth place unknown. The informant was J. T. Lewis of Epps. Burial was in Mt. Zion on March 29, 1936. The doctor, B. L. Bailey of Epps said he attended her from March 18 to March 26. Last saw her alive on March 26. Death occurred at 7:15 a.m. Cause of death was Influenza Asthma and Broncho Pneumonia.
