Mary Cook was baptised on 29th July 1822 at Husborne Crawley in Bedfordshire, daughter of a lace maker called Mary Cook, formerly Bedford, and her husband James Cook, an agricultural labourer. Sadly young Mary died when she was one year old, being buried at Husborne Crawley on 6th April 1824.
