Dear Michael,

First, please let me introduce myself. I am William P. Kauffman, Jr., a descendant of both Daniel Ferree and Hans Herr.

I just found your web page and I want to congratulate you on the great job you have done in collecting all of the information. I have only had a chance to browse for a few minutes, but I plan to return and spend more time. I noticed a couple of things in your information that differs from information I have gathered.

Primarily, the differences begin with the generation where Joel Ferree married Mary Bressler. You show Mary Bressler dying in Canton, Ohio in 1830. I have seen this in several genealogies on the internet, but I don't believe it is correct. Mary died after 1801, when she signed a deed, and before 1806, when she is mentioned as "deceased" in her father's will. Other details concerning dates and places of births, deaths, etc. for Rebecca Ferree and her descendants are contained in the attached files.
