    Be it remembered that on this day came ...Martin Fulmer...aliens and subjects of the Kind of Wirtemburg and making application to be naturalized citizens under the laws of the United States and it appearing to the said Court that the said...Martin Fulmer...made their delcaration to become citiizens of the United States according to the laws at least two years before this application that they have been residents of the United States for at least five years past one year of which within this state and have behaved and have been of good moral character attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happenings of the same. It is therefore ordered of the court that the oath of allegiance be administered to the applicants and that certification be issued to them in the form of law. Wh___ the said ....Martin Fulmer...made oath in open Court that they would support the Constitution of the United States and that they abosolutely renounced and ab___ all allegience and fidelity to every foreign ___ ____state or sovereignty whatever and particularly to the King of Wirtemburg. Therefore the said...Martin Fulmer...are hereby declared citiziens of the United States and subject to enjoy all privileges and immunities as such.
