Martin m 1st Margaretta Onderkirk on Jan. 28, 1798. She died Apr 17, 1799 leaving one son Nathan. The 2nd wife was Ruth Sawdy (1783-1846) - they were married Mar. 5, 1805. Children born in Montgomery Co were Hiram, Margaretta, Thomas C and Lucia. Their daughter, Rhoda, was born in Steuben Co. Martin died Sept. 30, 1824.
