Martha "Patsy" Wardlow is a proven daughter of James Wardlow, Sr. of Virginia and Fayette County, Kentucky. She was likely named after her Mother, Martha Steele. Her marriage in Fayette County, Kentucky to Samuel Finley on 16 January 1804 was witnessed by John Wardlow, her brother [He served as Bondsman]. John Wardlow WAS named in the will of James Wardlow, Sr., which was probated in Fayette County, Kentucky Court in January 1817.
