- "Mrs Jacob E Warner, highly respected resident of this city, passed awayat her home on North Fourth St. Wednesday evening at 6 oclock after along illness. Mrs Warner had been in failing health for the past severalyears with diabetis, but six weeks ago suffered a stroke of paralysiswhich resulted in her death. Martha Jane Heller was born near ForestJanuary 1, 1865 the daughter of Philip and Sarah Switzgable Heller, bothlong since deceased, being 69 years, 8 months and 5 days at the time ofher demise. On November 7, 1882, she was united in marriage to Jacob EWarner, who survives with five children, namely: Omer D and Mrs SadieWatts, of near Morral; Mrs Sylvia Peart of Forest; Mrs Edith Kingman ofnear Forest, and Wilbur S. of near this city. Thirteen grandchildren andseven great grandchildren also survive with two brothers and on sister;Charles Heller of Canton; Elijah of Marion and Mrs Malinda Hartman ofMorral. Mr and Mrs Warner had resided in Upper Sandusky for the pastsixteen years, having previously resided in the vicinity of Forest. Shewas a member of the Trinity Reformed church in this city and was lovedand respecteed by a large circle of friends. Funeral services will beheld Saturday afternoon at 2:30 oclock at the home on North Fourthstreet with Rev Norman Sweat officiating. Interment will be made in OldMission cemetery."
