Mark William Horchler, 84 of Grantsville, MD died June 13, 2007 in
Elk Lick Twp.
He was born November 10, 1922 in Grantsville, MD, son of the late John M. and Wyoma (Durst) Horchler. He was
preceded in death by his son, Rodney W. Horchler, a Vietnam Veteran who died in 1989 and a brother, Randall Horchler.
He is survived by his widow of 59 years Florence K. (Beal) and a daughter, Krystal Horchler, Somerset; grandchildren: Wayne M. Horchler, Texas; Kim Lea Jenkins, LaVale, MD; Mark
W. Plansinis, Dearborn Heights, MI; and Douglas Dean Plansinis, US Navy, FL; and eight great grandchildren. A
brother of: Alice Barnett, Vinemont, AL; and Melvin Dale Horchler, Birmingham, AL.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
