- ↑ "Marilee E. Cochren, 53, of Morris Street, Mount Vernon, passed awayThursday April 4, 2002 at her residence. She was born on October 5, 1948in Delaware, Ohio to the late John and Evelyn (Wigton) Warner. Mrs.Cochren taught school for 28 years in the Highland School system. Shewas a member of the Ohio Education Association, National EducationAssociation, Ladies of the Moose and was co-owner of Cochren Trucking.
Mrs. Cochren played bass for the Old Country Band.
She is survived by her husband of 14 years Frank C. Cochren Sr., twosons, Aaron Bower of Cleveland, Derek Bower of Marengo, a step son,Franklin (Stephanie) Cochren Jr. of Millwood, a step daughter, LynnSmith of Mount Vernon, step grandchildren, Christopher and Cody Smith,Shelby Lynn and Seth Cochren, and a sister Shelia (Chuck) Kendall ofMaryland.
Friends may call Sunday from 1 to 3 PM at the Flowers-Snyder FuneralHome where a funeral service will be held Monday at 1 PM. Burial willfollow in Mount Zion Cemetery in Gambier.
