Born in Västra Husby Östergötland, Sweden. Emigrated to America in July 1855. Possibly arrived in Boston, then travelled to Indiana. Within a few month of her arrival she married Frans Hult. Since Frans' sister was a traveling companion, it is possible that he "sent for her".

There is a verbal history that suggests that she died in 1873, less than a year after her sister arrived.
