Her husband [and three children] died during the crossing from Acadie to France. She and her son Charles were in the Third Convoy leaving Chatellerault for Nantes on 7 Dec 1775. She died at the age of 49 years; buried 15 Dec 1776 at St. Nicolas church of Nantes, France.
