    Memorandum that on or about the last day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred fiftie eight Margery Foley of Chadwiche in the parish of Bromsgrove in the countie of Worcester Widow being sicke and weake in body but of good and perfect memory did make and declare her last will and testament nuncupative in these of the like words following (That is to say) I give unto my sonne Thomas Foley all that I have or all my estate whatsoever, And it is my will that my said sone Thomas Foley shall after my death give and deliver to my sonne John Foley the joined bedstead which formerly stood at my house called Chapman hill, And also that he give and deliver unto my daughters Christian Foley and Margarett such other parte of my goods in such sort, and in such proporcons as he my said sonne Thomas shall think fitting, which wordes or the like in Effect she spake and uttered with an intent to declare her last will and testament in the presence and hearenig of Credible witnesses Robert Browmall his marke, Margarett Foley her marke
