Mrs. Margaret F. Wolf died on last Wednesday afternoon at her home on York Street. Two weeks before she had fallen from a chair and was very much bruised, the injury it is believed contributed to the fatal termination at the age of 76 years, 4 months and 22 days. She was the second wife of H. G. Wolf, who was a son of Ex-Governor George Wolf and twice elected Clerk of the Courts of this county. He died about 25 years ago. The funeral was held on Saturday afternoon, services being conducted by Rev. Dr. T. J. Barkley with interment in the Evergreen Cemetery. She is survived by six children: five sons and one daughter, John Wolf of South Dakota, Harry Wolf of Kansas City, MO., Edward Wolf of Illinois, George Wolf and James Wolf of Philadelphia and Mrs. Emory J. Plank of this place. Three step-children survive, Mrs. Edward R. Fuhr of Pittsburg, Miss Louise Wolf of this place and Waddles E. Wolf of Lewis, Iowa. The deceased was a Miss Richter and is survived by one brother, John D. Richter of Berwick township, and two sisters living respectively in East Berlin and York. [obit of Edward H. Wolfe’s mother].
