    Whereas, sd. Margaret Marshall is entitled to 1-7 part of a certain tract of land and the other 6 parts are vested in the afsd. Jno. Carter, who with the sd. Margaret Marshall have agreed to sell their respective parts to the sd. Wellford. This Ind. witnesseth, that sd. Carter and Marshall in consideration of the sum of £38 8s. to the sd. Carter and £4 16s. to the sd. Marshall in hand pd. they convey to the sd. Wellford 28 a. in Spots. Co., etc., etc.
