Margaret Ann (spelled Margret in a family Bible) was born in Mobile, Alabama on December 3, 1850. She was the first child of Daniel and Frances Cameron.

Family records state that Margaret married John Stone. The only recorded child I have of theirs is Emma Agnes Stone. Emma Stone's married name was Lilley. However, Margaret Ann's obituary does not mention any other family.

Family records also state that Margaret Ann Cameron Stone died March 23, 1882. In the Friday, March 24, 1882 issue of the San Francisco Call, page 4 is listed the following obituary. 

    "CAMERON - In this city, March 23, Margaret A. Cameron, a native of Mobile, Ala., aged 31 years, 3 months and 20 days.  Friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, TO MORROW (Saturday), at 10 o'clock A. M., from her late residence,     116 Twelfth street, without further notice."

Due to the earthquake and fire of 1906, tracing her family, death records and burial will be difficult.
