MARGARET said to have had at least 4 children in Rowan Co . , North Carolina before her death. Joseph remarried and took his family first to Kentucky, then to McMinn Co., Tennessee. His second wife died in Meigs Co., Tennessee in 1868 . Joseph, a Revolutionary War soldier, left a will in McMi nn Co., Tennessee where he had sold land to more than one person and a court decided who was the rightful owner.
