Obituary

Marshall Barnette, whose lingering illness terminated in death last Saturday, was buried on Monday, the funeral services being held at the residence of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Barnette. Rev. W.W. Lamport preached the discourse and the Methodist Choir furnished the Music. Mr. Barnette was well known having grown up in East Jordan, and he will be missed by many who claimed his imtimate friendship. Besides his father's family he leaves a wife and infant child.
