Thirty Acres of land situate in Princetown ... this fourteenth day of Oct'r Anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty two ..."
"Worcester Ss Lancaster October 27th 1762 then Jonathan Powers above Named appeared personally and Owned the Abovewritten Instrument to be his free act and deed Before me Coram David Osgood Just Pac's. Rec'd 1st March 1771 and accordingly Entred and Examined p'r Tim'o Paine Reg'r."

"Know all men by these presents that I Manasseh Powers of Lancaster in the County of Worcester & Massachusetts State yeoman in Consideration of sixty seven pounds ten shilings Lawfull money paid by Amos Powers of Leominster in the County aforesaid yeoman the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge do hereby give grant sell and convey unto the said Amos Powers Thirty Acres of land situate in Princeton aforesaid ... which was Given to me by my Hon'd Father Mr Jonathan Powers late of Lancaster aforesaid Deceased as will appear by a Deed Dated October 14th AD 1762 and Recorded March 1th 1771 in the County Records Libro 64 page 349 ... this Twentieth Day of December AD seventeen hundred and seventy six."
"Worcester Ss Dec'r 20 1776 Manasseh Powers acknowledged this instrument by him Executed to be his act & Deed before Thomas Legate Jus't Pacis. Rec'd April 23 1779 Entered & Exam'd p'r Nath'l Baldwin Reg'r."
