DEATH: Mrs. Amos Austin

DEATH: Funeral services for Mrs. Amos Austin, 65, a former resident of Sabine Parish, will be held Thursday, Nov. 16, at 10 a.m., at the Barron Road Baptist Church in Shreveport, with the Rev. Jimmy Lilly officiating.

DEATH: Interment will be in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, at 1 p.m., under the direction of the Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Shreveport.

DEATH: Survivors were her husband, Amos Austin of Keithville; 3 children; Amos Austin, Joy Mae Reed, and Ruby Nell, all of Shreveport. Two sisters; Mrs. Wilson Flenniken, Ft. Jesup, and Mrs. Ira Williams of Pensacoila, Fla.; five brothers, the Rev. Johnnie Rhodes of Many, Chester Rhodes of Haughton, Elmer Rhodes of Many, Horace Rhodes of Sibley, and Roy Rhodes of Shreveport.
